Book a Trial Class
New to Harbour Yoga Studio? Try one of our classes before committing — a relaxed, no-pressure way to find the style that suits you best.
Why Start With a Trial?
We want you to feel completely at home before you sign up for anything more.
A trial class is the ideal first step, whether you have never rolled out a yoga mat before or you are returning to practice after a break. You arrive, you try it, and you decide how you feel — with no obligation whatsoever.
Our teachers take care to welcome newcomers at the start of every class, offer modifications where needed, and check in with you afterwards. Whatever your starting point, you will not be left to figure things out alone.
