Harbour Yoga Studio ("we", "us") is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy through the contact form.
What we collect
When you use the forms on this website we collect the details you enter (Stores trial class booking requests from prospective students; Stores general enquiries sent via the contact page). If you contact us directly we receive your contact details and whatever you send. This website does not use analytics or advertising tools.
How we use it
- To respond to you and provide what you asked for — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or to take steps towards a contract with you.
- To deliver our services if you become a customer — performance of a contract.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to host this website, store form submissions and run our email. They act only on our instructions. We may share data with professional advisers or where the law requires it. Where providers process data outside the UK we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved contract clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless they lead to a customer relationship, and customer records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Contact us through the contact form and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
